Price really is my only problem, but that is anywhere anymore. The signage is a bit misleading / misunderstood.
I've got to say the service I got here the other day was exceptional the girl working behind the counter packed everything separately for me since I was gonna eat this sandwich the next day it was wonderful and I really appreciate it!
I recently changed jobs (60 days ago) and am located by the Jefferson Highway location. While everyone is nice and attentive to the customers i have to say that the failure rate on getting my order correct is 42% (5 of 12 orders incorrect) . I get the same order every time i go to the location and its beyond frustrating to continually get a failure on my order. Today even on my receipt it clearly says no lettuce and when i unwrapped it had it on it. Now beyond the failure rate that i think anyone would agree is unacceptable the service recovery is nonexistent at best. At this point i think i would perform a RCA to understand the failure rate if it was me, but that's just me
