Didn't not get my order or understand my call or order

Always love Jimmy John's food but this location has the slowest service. Happens many times.

Food still hadn’t arrived after two hours. We had called an hour after we placed the order and an hour and a half after we placed the order and were repeatedly told they only had one driver and we would have to wait. At 2 hours I called and asked for a timeline for when the food would arrive. I was told they had no orders pending from two hours ago and when I gave more information they said they’d tried to deliver it to the Wright Ave Apartments two hours ago and it was our fault when they had not communicated with the driver that it was the Alma College Wright Ave Apartments like we said when we called. He was adamant that the Wright Avenue Apartments isn’t what they are legally called even though any other time we’ve placed an order it’s arrived to the right apartments without issue. When I asked if they were going to provide a refund if they weren’t delivering the food he said they could if we wanted. So if I hadn’t called we would never have received a refund for food we didn’t receive. This was not a nice interaction, and it could have been easily prevented if they would have talked to us for more than a minute the first two times we called.

Wow. I am disappointed. I have been coming here for years. Since they opened. And the Staff is disrespectful and rude. The manager got on the phone. And was rude and disrespectful. And they lost a customer. And i have a family of 7. So i spent a lot of money when i did go there. *shakes head*

Called and ordered 11:07AM and it’s now 12:52 PM and I still haven’t received my food. I called around 11:50 and was told that they only had one driver and that the roads were bad, which is fair. I then called again at 12:41 PM and was greeted with hostility and an attitude with the same answer as last. I asked if the food was still on the way and before I could ask if the driver was okay, the employer hung up on the phone.

930 pm 1/26/24 ordered drive through and watched a worker eat Taco Bell while food was being made. Absolutely disgusted

I paid $8.88 and got........this? This is embarrassing.

The guy with the long dark hair was amazing with taking my kiddos picky order and made me feel like I wasn't bothersome! He even made all 6 by himself to make sure they were correct
