I purchased a Family meal tonight with a side of Beans. Provided a tip right after the purchase. They called my name, thank the staff, got home and checked my meal, only to find it wasn't a meal. It was just 6 Tacos with the side beans that I had ordered. I immediately went back to purchase the rice and I had explained to the worker that she made a mistake. She took my order without apologizing and minute later provided me with my order.. and guess what, without apologizing. Confirm your order prior to paying. Check your order prior to leaving And if they make a mistake, do not expect an apology. Customer service training should be a must prior to working at any establishment.
