I hadn't eaten here in a super long time. I got the Italian Stromboli for take out. Still as good as I remember it. You don't have to ask for extra cheese it's amazing as is. I highly recommend it. Great customer service and they will work with you if your disabled without judging u. Which was very refreshing to see. I will definitely be back for more Stromboli.

I love this place... & I can truly say: "In all of my LIFE, I have not yet been to a (Jim & Nena's) in which I wasn't treated as a human being & did not like." But all in all, now that I'm getting older, it's the Pizza that definitely keeps me coming back. Lol , they have many different styles & a lot of good pizza makers in their restaurant... so a person a have to literally find out what days (their liking) of pizza is being served & be there & enjoy . I go for the (New York Style) alwayz...

If you want a sub honestly this is not the place to get one from. I eat here maybe 3xs a week if not more, this is the 2nd time this week I’ve put a order in for a sub this time Turkey and there is literally 1 slice of meat on here. A LARGE sub with 1 slice of meat and a bunch of condiments and just ridiculous, I did appreciate the young guy I spoke with on the phone he was very nice and so was the girls working tonight, everyone was respectful and customer service is AMAZING can’t lie. Just the putting 1 slice of meat on a large sub is just unacceptable and I cannot keep wasting my money on food and not get what I ordered exactly ☹️

I will not order from this place no more the man who answer the phone was disrespectful and the manager would not let me explain, I ask them to not make my fries oily and this person started being mean and disrespectful, then the phone cute off when I was trying to place an order, so I though he didn't put the order in he didn't call me back right away when he did at some point call me back I said never mind he flap out told me not to call back and hang up the phone on me, I didn't get a chance to explain myself, I would not recommend this place to know one go some were they respect the customers, when a person show you who there are, you don't go and eat are order from them anymore. if you're having a bad day don't come to work fight your own demons not me.

Food was nasty and cold and my delivery was wrong I would never buy from this place again Parking: Bad attitude never buy here again
