Located within ER Hot Pot 6th ave. This is the first Jian Bing Zheng Zhuan location in NYC. Founded was founded in 2019, Jian Bing Zheng Zhuan developed a variety of whole grains and healthy ingredients based on traditional production techniques for an authentic, delicious Chinese Pancake, Jian Bing, which is one of the most popular breakfasts sold at street stalls in China. It's a type of savory crepe made from a batter of wheat and grain flour, typically mixed with eggs and various ingredients such as scallions, cilantro, pickled vegetables, and savory sauces.
