These guys should be really proud of themselves, their hardwork and dedication to excellence really shows. Its the Customer service here that is wonderful and is the main selling point for me. You can really tell they are happy to work there and love what they do. Great job guys!

This is the saddest looking “Italian sub” I’ve ever seen for $11. If this is “a sub above” I’m really sad for humanity. The bread is nasty, the girl, slicing the meat was even more unappealing and uninterested in any form of customer service. I asked for a particular piece of bread laying in front of the slicer, she actually had the audacity to slice an inch off of it to make it “the correct size”. Really? Really. This is a one & done stop for me. Jersey Mike’s: I’m not impressed at all. Have you ever even been to New Jersey?
Used the app to order before leaving work. Ordered curbside pickup. Left $3.00 on the app for a tip. App said the order should be done at 4:14. Pulled up at 4:15. Hit the "I'm here" in the app. AT 4:45, I called into the store, and the girl said the order was done and they would bring it right out to me. Finally at 5:00 a young man brought Mr my order. I could see they weren't busy and at least 4 employees in there. They offer curbside, I paid extra tips, and they did all they could do not to honor their curbside service. If you don't want to do it, then don't offer it. I haven't opened my sandwich yet, but when I do and if I have issues with it, I will send another review .
These people cant get anything right!! When calling to get things fixed NOBODY answered the phone....
