Not usually a fan of Jersy Mike's but I went there yesterday my sub was tasty and the service was friendly. They were a little busy, but Alexis made my sub she had amazing customer service, she was friendly and efficient but didn't feel rushed. Definitely recommend this location. I will be back in the future.
Absolutely terrible customer service, bordering on negligent. Another POC reviewer mentioned how they never acknowledge her when she enters the location, but acknowledge..... other people. I had the same experience here, but as a Doordasher. I stood at the pickup counter for almost 10 minutes before i finally decided to ask if the sandwich sitting on the back counter happened to be my customers order. I had not been acknowledged ONCE. Not even a "hello," "be right with you," "we're working on your order," NOTHING. They quite literally acted like I didn't exist. When i finally attempted to get the attention of the cashier who stood not even 3 feet away from me, he physically turned his back on me. I let it go after quietly mentioning to my friend on the phone that i felt deliberately ignored. Then another employee came up to me with my customers receipt in her hand (not even the food, just the receipt) not to tell me the order was ready or even address my wait. The first thing she did was begin to gaslight me by accusing me of "disrespecting" her employee and "yelling" at him. I treat everyone with dignity and respect and treated him as such, so this was very confusing to me. Then they both proceeded to gang up on me??? I'm standing there confused trying to assure them i did not yell at, or mean to be rude to, or disrespect anyone?? Then, she proceeded to ask me the customers name, which i responded with, only for her to put her hand up and say "no, no" in the middle of me answering her question. Girl, WHAT?? This woman was extremely rude & confrontational for no reason whatsoever & made me so uncomfortable. She seemed to be triggered about something else entirely, choosing to take her upset out on me. It was the most confusing *lack of* customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I would never trust any of these people to make my food with that nasty and hateful energy. Absolutely neglectful service and i wasn't even the customer, just a driver tryna do my job just like them. I'd never try to make a workers job more stressful. But they made sure to give ME that energy. Gross and unacceptable. Also, when they make people's sandwiches they make them directly on the counter which is unsanitary and is an obvious source of cross contamination, which could explain why some people get sick from the food here. They need to put peoples sandwiches on paper before placing onto the counter. I couldn't imagine people as rude as this caring about people's health and safety though. Do yourself, your peace and your health a favor and choose another place to eat.
We went to JMS to try the gluten-free option sub. I was so impressed by how the food preparer took my order and told me how she would prepare my order safely so my food would not be cross-contaminated with gluten containing food. Most restaurant staff have no idea about cross-contamination of gluten on other foods. She was very kind and compassionate. Thank JM for training your staff to be knowledgeable on how to protect those of us who have to be careful what we eat.
Hello, I usually come to this location often and also I have a lot of family members come to the location. I notice that they never acknowledge me but when it’s another ethnicity than they acknowledge them . I noticed when I place my order that I am being rushed . I notice that they give better portions of food on others sandwiches than mines
