Ordered 2 clubs, after wrapping up the 1st, the woman mumbled towards me, "did you want mayo and bacon?". I said "yes please" which apparently made her furious as she angrily unwrapped it, slapped a ton of mayo on it, threw some bacon on top, then squeezed it so hard while rewrapping it that the whole top was smushed to the point where you could see where the troll dug her fingers in. Not to mention ripping the top of the bag as she twisted it. Unfortunately, I'd already tipped $5 before the creature mangled my food. At least that's all it really cost me to know to never go back lol.

Beware - they contract thru Door Dash for the deliveries. I never received my order. It was delivered to wrong address, even tho I was texting with the DD driver and told him/her exactly where to go. When I called the store the person who answered was pleasant and apologized and offered a full refund. However I have no lunch. Guess it's back to Jimmy John's - they have their own delivery people.

Do not try to work for this company.

I don't like ordering from this store. Something is always messed up, and the ingredients don't taste great. The tomatoes especially are rarely fresh. And it's soo much more expensive than like, a grocery store sandwich. And the grocery store has way better sandwiches.

I placed a catering order at this store to be picked up right before a party I was hosting. The order had not even been started when I arrived 5 minutes after the pick up time, making me late for my own party. The staff was rude and unsympathetic for the mistake. This store is unreliable for catering needs.

This place is usually the bomb what happened tonight? Two wrong chips, two wrong sodas, and one wrong sandwich. Meat had lots of nasty chewy parts. Waste of my money
