Grabbed a take-out #17 regular with Jalapeños. Tasted great.
The employees who helped me out today were so kind and friendly! They hooked it up for sure ;) I’m super impressed by the great customer service! Highly recommend this jersey mikes.
Who doesn’t love a hot sandwich. So of course the food is good. People are kind. The store itself is just what it is. Not bad, not overly great.
Absolutely fantastic as always
The most bland turkey sub I've ever had!
The food is good and the staff is great but I despise places that ask for a tip when before you get a chance to eat your food and when there's absolutely zero service such as with a "sit down" dining establishment. Don't ever ask me to tip before I've had a chance to eat my meal and when I have to order my food at a counter or on an app, then seat myself at a table I had to wipe down myself.
So a week ago at 11:30am I spend $60.54 on 3 giants, and take them to Wellington for lunch at 12:30pm. All 3 giants had brown almost slimy lettuce on them. As much as I hated to, I made a complaint on the corporate site. No response of course. I just called the Greeley store now to talk to them and message says mailbox is full can't contact. Is Jersey Mike's now too big to worry about customers and quality. So many other good places to put my family's money and loyalty.
We usually get take out here once or twice a month. Of the last three visits 1) we were not able to get a meal due to the hour long wait 2) the bread was dry, overall the sandwich didn't taste as fresh as usual, it was a 15 minute wait for one giant sandwich 3) the bread was overbaked again, 15 minute wait for a walk-in order. This location seems to get a ton of online orders and it feels like it's impacting the walk-in service. For example, with only two people ahead of me in line ordering together it took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich made because the workers had about 5 additional carry out orders they were trying to finish. I'll continue to come here if they can figure out the dry bread, but I might need to join the online ordering crew because it can get quite crowded in store when you're waiting for your walk-in order. Parking: We always park near Good Times and walk over. The Centerplace has a terrible, crowded parking lots especially on "restaurant row."
