Having a bad day and these folks made it so much better. Great sandwich. But just amazing crew. Can't recommend them enough. Just great people.

Will never door dash (not drivers fault)from here again! Order was incomplete, runny mayo, poor quality.

My first time ordering on line. What a joke! My order was short. The girl that was there (2:40p) was talking so loud, the guy behind the counter could hear me. This is the second time she’s been rude. Never again! Avoid this franchise..!! She’s toxic to a well made sub…

I left my review from 4 years ago In the paragraph below. I am leaving this review today 12:45pm, 12/7/23, because I am extremely disappointed. The girl behind the counter was extremely matter of fact to the point of being rude. I knew what I was coming into order and made a point of asking if they had grated or shredded Parmesan today. I was told yes. When I ordered my italian cold cut, this girl straight up lied to me. Staring me in the face after she heard me ask about the parm. Telling me we don't have any, then (with attitude, like I insulted her), we don't have that available for this item. I bought it anyway(because I'm not a douche). Then as she started to put the sub in a bag. She noticed that I didn't give a tip(she didn't deserve one). So, she slammed the sub on the counter, threw the bag on another counter and stormed into the back. Needless to say, I won't be back to this particular Jersey Mike's. Just moved back from Panama after living there for 12 years. I'm an east coast boy and grew up eating and sub shops in carry outs. Got three Italian cold cut everything no hot, extra oil an extra parmesan. Made me feel like I was back in Baltimore. Excellent sub

I eat here often since I work in the same complex. There's tons of new staff. The men are very friendly, same with the older woman and the girl with light brown (?) hair and septum piercing. The girl with heavy makeup + fake eyelashes almost makes me not want to return. Shes beyond unprofessional. Shes rude. She helped me with my order last time and it was incorrect. I avoided mentioning this issue since she already had an attitude. Today she didn't help me, but as the other girl was talking to me, heavy makeup girl bumped into her and didn't say sorry or even acknowledge the other girl. She just looked at me annoyed and rolled her eyes. I read previous reviews and I'm not the only one with this complaint. Sandwiches are good though!

Good service

The dude that took my order is great but the girl that jumped in to make my sandwich was rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job, get another job but don't work in public.
