Ordered ubereats at 8:30pm. Ordered 3 simple sandwiches to be delivered. Easy. Our luck only 2 came. Called the store and their response was “I thought we made it” How can something so simple mess up. Not cheap either.

This was the WORST Jersey Mike I've been to. DO NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING SPECIAL OR YOU WILL GET ATTITUDE. A girl named Madison or Madilyln was rude and simply needs to be fired. She cut the bread sooo short and tried to convince me that I was getting equal half of the bread. When I asked nicely, she slammed the other side to compare and refused to switch it out. We actually had to leave due to her nasty attitude. These corporations need to really monitor the people they hire for it can make or break their business. I will not return to that location and will tell everyone not to go until they change their customer service. I have gone to MANY and never experienced anything like this.

Very nice people

This Jersey Mikes does a great job. They get you in and out quickly. The dining floor, tables, & drink/condiment areas are kept clean. Last time I was here the card reader was having issues but Madison got it sorted out and helped me on my way. This time I got my favorite: a regular #2 Mikes way w/ a Pepsi, Cool Ranch Doritos, & a Chocolate TASTYKAKE (SoGood)

I ordered 2 reg #7 and 2 giants were made. I didn't notice until they were done. It was fine. (I can save half mine for later) I was offered 15% off

We love Jersey Mike's here in Reno, so we decided to stop at this one in San Diego. My Philly cheese was delicious as always, but they sure skimp on the meat ! Very small and unkempt. No condiments out . We won't go back to this one.
