Gluten free bread is horrible. Don't ever buy that.. I've had gluten free bread before knowing that it's not as good as wheat but didn't expect this horrible taste . I called to ask to make another sub with wheat they said no.
Very disappointed. Doesn’t give the customer what they want. We’ve been going there for years. Just today we went there and they will no long heat up the sub meat unless the customer is pregnant. Is what they told me. Also , gave me a hard time to toast the bread. They stated they have new management and can no longer fulfill these order requests. Well, you just lost some customers, so I hope the new management sees this. We will not be back.
New ownership not very willing to keep customers happy. I spend $800-$1000 a month on sub boxes to provide to customers, and always received a discount on my orders. Manager said they are not honoring discount anymore. You would think they would want to keep a customer who spends that monthly happy ♂️ New manager was extremely rude!
I placed and paid for my order by using the APP. My sandwich (#13, Mike’s way) was just the way I ordered it, and ready before the quoted time. I wasn’t sure when I walked in as the line was long. But it moved very steadily, and people were in and out for DoorDash too. The dining room had a fair amount of people too. I’m coming back to this location again! Parking: Shopping center parking lot. Lunchtime kinda busy, but no trouble finding a good spot.
Wasn't very busy food was good !
I have had a few sandwiches off the menu and am very impressed. Food and staff are great!
My husband ordered the giant super sub. It was delicious. I got a ham and turkey sub and loved it. Subs were very fresh and the service was fast. Friendly staff.
