Maya helped me TREMENDOUSLY when a delivery order got stolen by a DoorDash driver (I ordered through the official Jersey Mike's app). She went above and beyond to help me get a refund. Give her a raise!!

Place is always freezing. Not inviting for customers to sit and eat in winter jackets and hats. I spoke up and asked why the ac was on and the employee Said it gets hot in here for us workers. Not professional and not comfortable to eat here.
