Today service was awful it took forever to get an online order and they missed half of the order and we had to go back!!

Do NOT order hot food from here weekday evenings. The lady that works on the grill weekday evenings is very very slow, only cooks one sandwich ingredients at a time. Even when they aren’t busy a single order of 2 sandwiches took almost 40 minutes due to how slow the person cooking is. Also twice she has not put any of the sauces that are supposed to be in there, so they are just grilled chicken meat with vegetables and zero flavor.

Never place an online order here. It will take at least 5 times as long as it would if you just got in the normal line. Completely disorganized. Will never order online here again.

It was a little slow getting food but that is to be expected when they are super understaffed. They can only do what they can do. Everything was perfect with my food. Everyone was kind and polite. The manager also seemed like he was training a new employee and he was very patient and kind with the employees and the customers regardless of the stressful situation. I'll spread the word around that you guys are hiring!

Had the same experience as other reviewers. 30 minutes to get a sandwich with just a few customers in front of me. Employees are into talking and joking instead of helping customers. My order was taken and the guy walked off. Manager was present and was busy socializing.

Honestly.. sandwich was okay. I wasn't happy about getting jalapeños on my sandwich that has NO jalapeños ordered. A little upsetting actually... there's jalapeños spread throughout my sandwich and so it showed me that they don't care.
