The food was good, I had to use the bathroom so when I went into the men’s room I was pleasantly suprised to see that there was a “service” hole to the next stall over. Needless to say the wife and I haven’t been active for a while so I figured why not? The service was amazing and as I was zipping up my fly and exiting the stall, the adjacent stall opened “the other side of the service hole” and it was Bob saget with a Whig and messed up lipstick…

Last time I got these guys I asked for double meat in my sandwich, paid extra, but had the same exact amount as my buddy who did not ask for extra. Same sandwich, same size, what a ripoff! They do not give you extra when you ask for it. The portions are definitely deceiving as well. Their giant sandwich is like a normal large for an adult, anything less and you are going to be hungry unless you eat child size portions. This place is too expensive for what you get which is unfortunate, because they are very good and fresh.

Placed an online order and arrived at the scheduled pick up time. I have been waiting 20mins and have been told it will be approximately an hour before the order is ready. I will NEVER patronize your restaurant again.

We couldn’t count on 4 hands the number of health code violations this place exhibited in one visit. There were full loaves of bread on the floor, horribly dirty counters that hadn’t been cleaned off all day it looked like, the to-go paper orders were so long they were falling into the hot bacon cooker! The line was 7-9 people deep yet the staff could NOT be bothered by speeding up service. A “manager” of sorts was refilling brownies instead of helping the clearly struggling two other guys up front. The manager of this location should invest in some belts because multiple times, the staff would reach down with gloved hands to pull up their pants. A random customer in line skipped everyone and even went behind the counter to fill out her order form. Pretty sure she worked there but someone in their pajamas should not be going behind the counter where food is being prepared. The worst part was the guy cutting meat had a huge OPEN WOUND on his arm with NO BANDAGE!!! Looked like he also had some near his wrist on his gloved hand as well. After seeing that, we decided to just throw away the sandwiches. $11 wasn’t worth us possibly getting sick!! Will NOT be going back. Someone needs to get this location under control.

Everything about this restaurant is awesome.

Great to see one in Bangor. Always fresh and made to order well worth the wait.

Best sandwiches, hands down. If you haven't tried it before, you don't know what you're missing.

Horrible customer service on 3/22. I love the food but the customer service and the manager response was dismissive and rude.
