Corporate needs to regular walk-throughs because most of the time when I call, there is no answer on the phone. During different times of the day, I will call and the phone never gets picked up. When I go in, there’s only 3-4 customers. Sometimes not at all.

Paper Straws. Any place that gives me a paper straw gets a one star. Paper straws aren't saving the environment. You have to cut down more trees to make paper straws. They are more expensive which gets passed to me as a customer. Stop doing this. If you really want to save the environment or fight climate change, MORE TREES WOULD HELP. I don't want a paper straw. At least give me an option. Have both. Let your customers choose instead of choosing for me!!!!!

I always ask for no tomatoes and i always ask for pickles. I never get it, this makes me not want to buy a sandwich from here like it’s not that hard to not put it on the sub

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwhich, it comes with lettuce and tomato, it came with only chicken, no bacon or tomato or lettuce. Waste of time. Delicious chicken but come on.
