We do bagels because we love bagels...you can’t REALLY do something REALLY well unless it has a special place in your heart. We really don’t need the work but we love the product and those who share our passion for it so much, that we do the work. One customer never ruins a day, but one customer can easily make it with his/her passionate response to what we do.
