Jen's Fish Fry Fayetteville

I got the fried catfish with fries, coleslaw, hush puppies, and macaroni & cheese. Was really good, but the fries are mediocre at best, they taste just like the frozen crinkle cuts I get at Kroger. Not terrible, but not really good either. Tartar sauce is unique, and pretty good too. Good portion sizes for the money. Overall, I'll be back.

This place is slowly but surely going in the wrong direction. I called to place an order for pickup, and whomever was on the other line spoke as if we were friends. i’m a paying customer, nothing more nothing less. simply tryna to support a local business, but for me to place my order and then be told to “come get it” as a way to dismiss the call is absolutely unprofessional! and on that note no i won’t be coming to get anything! tuh

I ate at Jen's today for the first time during lunch. I tried the honey hot wings. The wings were full of flavor and very good!!! The customer service was on point. I received my fries the way I requested. I will definitely go again!!!!

Man the food looks like it's straight out of cook book and taste like your imagination cooked it. Made my day.

I love the girl with braces, she has amazing customer service and always smiling. The food is really good, only problem I had was the cook who I thinking is African or something never wears gloves! Everytime I come in he’s always touching things without gloves nor washing his hands. I always try to come on the weekends because that’s where I get the best customer service, the red head girl on the weekdays is so rude and acts like she never wants to take anyone order! But other than that foods good and service.

The food was not to my liking at all, don’t think I would go back or recommend. I think maybe my expectations were too high. The customer service was good though, they got my order wrong and remade it without a fuss. The fries were good that’s it. The 2 stars were for the customer service only. I got fried fish w/ shrimp (2/5⭐️— the fish was dry, the shrimp was basic, seemed out of a box), a Philly with fries (1/5⭐️ — over seasoned for no reason, literally soaked in some kind of weird sauce), one of those rice bowls (2/5 ⭐️ — over seasoned as well) , and a side of Mac & Chz (1/5 ⭐️— no flavor at all)

CLASSIC HOOD TYPE GREASY SPOON THAT HAPPENS TO BE IN A VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD...FOOD BUSTIN FIRST TIME AROUND WHEN MY SHORTY WENT EARLY IN THE DAY.....WENT A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND IT WASN'T AS ...BUT IT WAS STILL CRUSHABLE....MOST DEFINITELY WILL PULL BACK UP....JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE THAT GREASE.....WE ONLY SAVE COOKING OIL AT GRAMMAS HOUSE...

On Feb 14 2024 at 8:45pm i oedered a 6 piece whiting dinner and a hamburger combo at the fayettville location. The cook in the back did not have on a mask, gloves or hair net.(he had long hair.) He sneezed twice while preparing my order. I was too embarrassed to say anything but i know he and the young lady that took my order realized that was seriously wrong because of the looks they gave me. I ended up throwing away $30 worth of food. Im sure that there are security cameras recording during store hours and can be reviewed to verify everything that i am saying. I sent an email on their website. I hope to hear back from someone soon. Please do not eat at the fayetville ga location at the pavillion across from outback.

My hushpuppies were so hard, I couldn't eat them. Fish was a little burnt. Coleslaw was so horrible looking, I didn't even eat it
