If I’m getting Mexican food, i wouldn’t go here. Culture appropriated Mexican food. Great atmosphere though, over priced tbh.

I awarded Jefe Urban Cocina 5 stars for its exceptional food, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service. The establishment exudes class with its stunning interior and impressive culinary offerings. While the overall experience is commendable.

Fantastic Mexican restaurant and the spicy margs are the jam.

Wonderful Latin cuisine. Very comfortable seating (maybe a tad open). The staff are very friendly and helpful (though they may not know the menu to perfection). The food was good. I loved my enchiladas. And the tosadas with salsas were fantastic. My friend said the duck was only ok. The desert was amazing!

This is my second time at Jefe Urban Cocina and I'm so glad I went back. I ordered the same things as my first time: strawberry margarita and the jefe sampler. Both were delicious and I like the option to try all their available sauces (the mango habanero salsa is a ⭐️. This time I tried the Carne Asada and it was spectacular. The meat was on point, the mashed potatoes full of flavor, creamy and chunky at the same time, the star was the chimichurri that complemented the dish perfectly. I was impressed with this dish and will be back for it. The restaurant has a very romantic and cozy atmosphere, the service is fast and exceptional.

Lovely atmosphere and equally lovely wait staff. Their birria tacos were some of the best that I've had, the only "complaint" I have is that street parking is somewhat limited, but the area isn't too bad for a short stroll.

Amazing drinks and apps for date night with my hubby! Parking: We parked on a meter and it was free because it was later in the evening.

The food here is so delicious. Definitely do the salsa sampler as an appetizer—so good. The tamales and enchiladas were awesome. The service and ambience was great, too. We will absolutely be back!

Highly recommend the carne asada and plantains. The carne asada comes with the most amazing potatoes I’ve ever had and I don’t really like potatoes. Very cool atmosphere as well.
