A sweet and buttery cookie with white chocolate chips. Unlike some versions, ours does not contain macadamia nuts.

This cookie is extra chewy with a lovely texture and flavor from the oatmeal. We use a mix of milk chocolate chips (for sweetness) and semi-sweet chocolate chips (for a boost of chocolatey flavor).
