Jay's Pizza, Ice Cream and momo

The food is really good here but the lobby isn't really suited to eat here or have many customers at once. One of my 2 go tos for pizza within a 30 minute drive

Serving Richardson’s ice cream. I tried a takeaway slice of cheese pizza and added red pepper flakes and oregano. Great for a quick lunch or to enjoy dessert with the family. $12 got me a waffle cone with 1 scoop and a topping plus a slice of cheese pizza.

This place has gone downhill in terms of customer service. Used to be my fav place to order delivery from. Today i placed a small order of 2 fryer items. Easily takes less than 20 minutes to make. After an hour I called to check the status of my order because it was still on the “preparing your order” screen. I immediately get hit with a “its ready but the driver hasnt picked it up yet” I calmly explain to the girl on the phone that a driver hasnt been assigned on the app because she has to mark it as ready on the app she literally says to me “yeah i havent marked it ready yet” So…my foods been done for an hour and sitting to get cold on the shelf??? Unacceptable, didn’t even attempt to make it right with me, so I will not be ordering here anymore until they can hire staff with customer service experience.
