Jay’s Caribbean Cuisine is a privately held, family run, quick service restaurant and caterer. The cooking techniques are inspired by the Maroons of Jamaica. The Jay’s mission is to serve guests with the highest quality Caribbean Cuisine using the best ingredients, products, inputs of service, great hospitality, atmosphere, and culinary excellence -accurate representation of Caribbean food and culture – in a space that feels like home. Since February 2008, Jays has been offering the flavors of the Caribbean to the Georgia Gwinnett area.
