Java Loco Coffee & Bubble Tea - Mt Vernon

I like the sandwiches and drinks here. I had thought about dining in before I arrived there. But today whenI walked in, I noticed the tables and the floor under all the tables were dirty. The area where the sugar, trash receptacle is was also dirty. It is only 9 am. I can't imagine they had that many customers yet. Just makes me wonder how often they clean in there. The workers there sure don't appear to be interested in doing it.

Came for the Vietnamese iced coffee and cappuccino. Both were excellent and there was a cute section to sit and enjoy the drinks. Great spot for coffee lovers in the Mount Vernon area.

sometimes they play the music a little too loud for my liking but overall i love this cafe 🫶 plenty of drink options from smoothies to coffee to boba. they also have pastries and sandwiches the place has lots of natural lighting and seating

The bubble tea here is decent. However the service seems to be hit or miss in getting the order correct. Last visit I asked for 3 milk teas, and received 3 smoothies instead. I recommend not reading from the smoothie menu to select flavors (even though it's the same flavors on the milk tea side) as I think they may assume you'll want a smoothie rather than listen to the order. Second, always get the receipt printed or emailed to verify. I made the mistake of not emailing or printing the receipt and was unable to justify the mistake in order. In every instance I've offered to pay again, which is a bit frustrating as there is no attempt by the business or manager to try to make the situation right or offer to maybe pay just a portion the second time around.

They have the best bubble tea ever! Good service! And good location 😁

The staff here WON'T BOTHERED ASKING HOW MUCH ICE YOU WANT AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY PUT 50% ICE! Leaving you with nothing of the actual tea!

My family and I were in Alexandria on vacation when we found this little coffee shop. Loved the Vietnamese coffee here! We came back a few times. The cheese Danish was also amazing. One of the best ever. The staff was nice and the place was really cute.

This is an insanely cute little Cafe. There is this area in the back with flowers everywhere for the best selfies with the most delicious Boba! Their Brown sugar Bobas are the best and im addicted to their breakfast sandwiches. I live in Stafford so any reason for coming up north I always stop by.

I just ordered a coconut smoothie, and it was delicious. The atmosphere & service was very nice.

Got two cold brews- actually pretty good. Unfortunately very nasty female owner/management. Never coming back here.

My experience here was horrible, the employees are horrible they have no manners at all and don’t know how to speak with the customers. I came in with my mom and this one Asian lady that claims she was the manager was being so rude, my mom didn’t like the way her drink was made so she went up nicely to ask if they are able to redo it but the Asian lady was just giving a whole attitude saying “we can’t fix it at all, it’s the policy here” and keep in mind my mother wasn’t giving any attitude at all to her, she didn’t mind paying at all to get new smoothies, I don’t recommend coming here, I use to like this place but now it’s just horrible, you guys need new employees and managers as well.

The best Lychee lover around. Includes full lychee fruit( not chopped pieces). Make sure there included. Had one gal working here try to short these tasty treats. Called her out and it was remedied. Very dishonest. Overall I'll keep coming back for more. Easy location. Plenty of parking.

All the food is amazing and the boba tea is some of the best in the area!
