If a zero option was available, I would definitely provide it. The manager present during their mistake, Alex, was argumentative and very disrespectful when it was clearly an error on the restaurants part. I ordered a dry potato add broccoli and cheese. My potato was prepared with the cheddar and cheese soup on their menu! When I traveled over 20 minutes back to the establishment only to have it correctly prepared, she argued that it was my fault as her employee stated I ordered a potato with the soup. When advised I do not eat soup, she continued to argue it was my fault. I presented her with the receipt that stated the order as I requested. Again, she refused the receipt stating she knew what I ordered as she heard me. Mind you, I returned with the potato over a hour after receiving the order! Obviously there may be a reason this location is almost always empty. I pray the owner or district/regional manager reads this review and provides a coaching opportunity to Alex in customer service!

Grabbed a salad and sandwich. I really liked putting a lot of stuff on my salad. They have a pretty good variety. Sandwiches are small for the price.

The place was clean. Employees knowledgeable about the menu and food items. We had a baked potato (Chicken Ranch) and a Club Royale sandwich with chips. The potato was pretty good. I'd order it again.
