What is a Pie Crust Bite? When we started producing our famous Pie Crust Cookies in large quantities we were left with a dilemma: What should we do with all the scraps of leftover pie crust?! While searching for ways to repurpose them Janie was struck by a memory of her Granny's kitchen. Granny Conly would carefully trim her pie then re-roll the trimmings, make a mixture of sugar, melted butter and a good dose of cinnamon, slather it on the pie crust, roll, cut and bake. Voila! These treats which she called "Grasshoppers" were fought over by all her grandchildren. Now to honor Janie's Granny we are making the same addictive treats and calling them Pie Crust Bites: Flakey and buttery pie crust rolled with cinnamon and sugar then baked to caramalized perfection. Since they are hand made and hand rolled using scraps each Bite is like a snowflake, some a little more crispy, some a little more flaky, we love them all!!! 30-40 bites per bag!

A limited edition Pride month collaboration unites Janie’s Life-Changing Baked Goods, the home of the Pie Crust Cookie and Zola Bakes, known for its modern twist on the Rainbow Cookie. The Pride Crust Cookie is a mashup of Janie's signature flaky pie crust, a soft almond filling infused with a Zola Bakes raspberry rainbow cookie crumble, and buttery streusel, all topped with a layer of dark chocolate, sprinkles, and even more rainbow cookie.

To satisfy Janie's love for salty snacks but stay on the brand, we created a salty, sweet, and everything in between cookie. Introducing the fully loaded cookie: inside this peanut butter-based dough, you will find plenty of peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, m&ms, pretzels, and potato chips. This treat will satisfy all of your snack cravings.

This cookie has a cult following. Caramelized on the outside, chewy on the inside, with milk chocolate discs, milk, and semisweet chocolate chips. This is the perfect chocolate chip cookie.
