Got a cheese salt pretzel, ended in the trash. Was suspicious when they told me they have a sweet pretzel??? Donought???? Broke my diet for that, even the two bites were worth. Will rate is as the second worst pretzel tasted, behind the NY smoked pretzel. No flavor at all, was a tasteless mass of bread. Looks the do well on fruit shakes. Not on pretzels.
Tiny cold breakfast sandwich for $5 what a rip off. Also had to wait 10 minutes for order while everyone in front of me had already gotten their food and left.
Upon my recent layover at Salt Lake City International Airport, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Jamba Juice shop for the first time, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise during my waiting time for the connecting flight. As a tropical drink enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying their large Caribbean Passion Smoothie, and it truly lived up to its name. The blend of pear, white grape, mango, and orange passion juice, combined with the zing of orange sherbet, strawberries, and peaches, was a tropical symphony of flavors that transported me to a paradise getaway. What struck me the most was the impeccable blending technique—each sip was a harmonious fusion of the finest ingredients, resulting in a velvety smooth consistency. The service was outstanding; the staff's friendly demeanor and efficiency added a warm touch to my brief airport visit. The shop's ambiance provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind amidst the hustle and bustle of travel. The Caribbean Passion Smoothie's burst of fruity goodness and the overall experience at Jamba Juice left a lasting impression, making my layover not just tolerable, but truly enjoyable. Kudos to the team for delivering a great service, maintaining a fantastic ambiance, and creating a smoothie that exceeded all expectations.
Prices could be better. The customer service is okay, not the best. Lines move a bit slow too. But good smoothies.
Delicious bowls, smoothies, kiosk ordering is easy. Staff was friendly. Only 2 drawbacks was finding it. Address says it’s in concourse D, but I don’t think SLC has a concourse D. It’s down near gate A15-ish? Then the smoothie I wanted on the overhead menu was not on the kiosk menu. It just meant ordering / paying a second time. Small / minor things. Still happy with the food and service.
Had a wild Strawberries smoothie. Was perfect. Friendly staff and quick service
You probably should make smoothies until you close. You don’t walk into a bank and ask to cash your check for them to tell you that they close in 30 minutes so all of their cash is locked up already. You have open to close hours for a reason!
