They have a good team here! Thankful for consistent great customer service and even though everyone here appears to be in their young 20’s, they have a solid work ethic👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I love the peanut butter moo and Orange Dream with a half cup of Blueberries!
I just wanna say the guy who served my açaí bowl yesterday morning gave me world class customer service. He brought my food to my table and then napkins. I know it something so simple but that experience made a difference because usually people just walk up to get their own order, Thank you.
I was told that they can't help me out, I respectfully asked if I can just give them my card and have them type it since it wasn't busy. A gentleman with down syndrome was able to order and be helped. I hate to be the one, but it's just seems like normal, is not good enough for service. 🤨
I don't know if I heard right but I think his name was Jova, was the nicest employee at Jamba. He was so patient in taking my order was even trying to help me create a drink that I will enjoy. Even after getting a random drink and not liking it he offered me a new one and was so nice about it, his customer service was phenomenal. I will be going back again and hopefully he is there to take my order because he was so patient, fast and just overall a nice friendly guy. Give that man a raise!!
Busy location... Terrible hours. Always out of everything.
Don’t mobile order here. I mobile ordered and was told they didn’t have the stuff to make what I ordered which would’ve been totally ok if they were nice and offered solutions. The girl with piercings refused to give me a refund. And there was no manager around to issue my refund either. I just wanted the money back on my card since they couldn’t give me what I ordered and I was pretty nice and understanding about it too. But the energy wasn’t reciprocated instead very nonchalant and was treated like I was an inconvenience, which is why I’m reviewing this store poorly. Get better employees! I walked outta there without the stuff that I payed for or a refund, so I’ll be disputing this with my bank.
My boyfriend and I went in there about a month ago and had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant.
Earlier this year we ordered some smoothies and were given some vouchers by a manager as the smoothies weren’t made right. She didn’t have to because we would’ve just gotten them remade again, but it was nice of her.
Fast forward to October when we were finally back in town (we live in Georgia and were visiting family), we go into the store to place our order and we’re told that because the manager who issued the vouchers (with no expiration date) no longer works with the company, the vouchers were not going to be honored. And we were told this by the manager.
I worked in fast food for well over 7 years, have been a server, and have worked in all types of customer service areas (now including nursing), so I know how it is to be behind that counter and managing a store and customers. And never in all of that experience, would I have not accepted the vouchers. Especially because the customers were from out of town, didn’t come in with an attitude, and would have wanted to continue a great relationship with our customers.
If for some reason the owner of this restaurant sees this, thank you for usually having great employees, but we are very disappointed in how this manager handled the situation.
This is the worst Jamba Juice experience ever. We came to Jamba Juice at 11:30am, and the shop was closed for no reason, even when we could see one employee inside. We went to another store and came back to Jamba, and this time the store was open, but when we went inside and asked for orange juice, the guy said rudely that he cannot serve us the orange juice because it is going to take him 10 mins. This is not the way to treat to your customers, we were just hoping to get some orange juice.
Server Gabe G had an amazing helpful attitude helping me with any questions I had and never made me feel nervous :)
The worst customer service ever! I went today and was a young guy working there, I think he really dislike his job I could see in his face and in the way he talk to me. I see high turn over in employees at this location, every time I go and that is one time per month since more than a year is always someone new. I don’t know if he was frustrated because he was the only one working in that location but is just unacceptable that he show anger to the customer because of something that probably he is going through. At the end I leave with any drink
The teenager working here has a racially bias attitude.
Love Jamba all day every day!
