I live in Arizona, where you would think, jamba juice would be on every corner, haha, but I make sure when I come home to California, carribean passion is on my to buy list.
After ordering a 65.00 dollar order employees refused to take our cash payment with attitude and manager referred to a small sign with small writing across the store on the back wall saying they cannot accept bills over a certain amount my suggestion is to place the sign next to the cash register not on a back wall were customers wouldn’t be able to see it prior to ordering.
If I can give zero stars, I would, my server was this girl that had black long hair. She looked very young and there was another black lady in the back washing dishes. This girl Jenny I believe? wasn’t even helping any Customer. She was just in the back chilling, not doing anything walking so slow, and bored like dragging her feet. I paid in the kiosk that they have. I ordered a strawberry chunky bowl and it cost me $12.50 which should be wrong because this location is very hood and there are other locations that look fancy like Sunnyvale etc. and same bowl cost 10 bucks. So it’s very surprising to find this price in this type of area but leaving that aside. I asked the girl why was the bowl so watery if is a chunky strawberry bowl and The banana which is the toping it was all Smashy and gross. The whole thing was disgusting so I asked for a refund, she offered it too so she knows she did something wrong. She asked the other lady for her number and then she puts it in the Register and process it in cash instead of in credit card which Is what I paid in. I believe she messed up since she was not trained well. I wait 5 to 10 business days and of course as I expected money is still Not back in my card I lost 12.50 bucks she messed up. So it’s clear to see that the staff there are incompetent. The problem with customers paying for their incompetence is the reputation of the store which will lead to closing of that store.
The employees are super rude , it seems that they don’t want to work there .
This Jamba Juice is so ghetto. There is this one lady that works there. She gives such attitude. I had the displeasure of being served by her twice. Then on another occasion she got into it with with s customer and her daughter. Couldn’t help but laugh. If you can go somewhere else.

Bought a mango a go go smoothie on a warm day. Waited about 10 minutes for my order to be ready it, there were about 3-4 other customers waiting for their order as well. Once my order was called the female employee who started her shift at around 2:45pm announced my order at around 2:55pm I noticed there were remnants of kale and strawberries. I questioned her what is this, she smirked, "It's kale, you'll be fine." I was in a hurry and did not want to make a scene because my son is hungry.
Now the mango a go go tasted a bit sour and sweet, very different from what I was used to at other Jamba Juice places. If there are issues afterwards you will definitely hear from me again.
Definitely not returning or purchase from Jamba Juice again. Taking my business elsewhere.
Everyone Was Very Nice .The Cashier asked if I wanted to use my discount. I never thought I had one. I'm glad he helped me out.

Bad service 😡 Walked in at around 832 pm . They told me they couldn't make my drink because they were already cleaning. They close at 9pm . So mad 😠
Was not greeted at the door then they said i stood in the wrong line so he was going to help the lady that came in after me instead of asking if i had been helped.. worst customer service experience.
