Jamba

I’ve worked for Jamba for a long time and am very familiar with customer service expectations. This is One of the worst Jamba juices I’ve been to, customer service was lacking in every category. Completely blah and incapable of taking an order. 10 am shift needs serious retraining on Jamba customer service.

Boo, came here an hour before their close time and they had already locked doors and were cleaning. Not good service in my opinion

Love me some Jamba! My generous boss often treats us to juices and snacks on shift. My favorite is a White Gummy juice and a parmasean bagel! So yummy!

Service was good, but out of stock on certain items from the menu.

I am a big fan of Jamba Juice and this store is a very nice one to go to

I ordered a smoothie and food for pick up. The app showed that at 7:28 am your order will be ready. I arrived at 7:28 and “kissed the door”. No body is there, the store is closed, although there is the information on the door too that the store is opened from 7 am.

They were closed during working hours, I ordered through the app, came to pick up on time, waited for 30 minutes, and they still were closed.

It was a good Jamba Juice at first but they started to hire people that don’t know how to do their job. I ordered oatmeal and clearly stated one JUST one granola and the other NO granola because I’m allergic. I went back and told them but clearly they have ran out so I had to go to another Jamba Juice to get my oatmeal. Wasted an hour of MY time for your mistake. Learn better and do better when hiring.
