Great team and friendly atmosphere

Waffles were perfect! And the staff was very friendly!

Smoothies were awesome and the service was even better

This is based off a specific experience, I never usually have problems with this location but today specifically there was a blonde girl working that greeted me (not really) when I walked in. She was very unwelcoming and unfriendly, didn’t smile at me or even say a word except to tell me my total. I try to be very nice to service workers as I have the same experiences but she was just plain rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but you’re still getting paid to do a job and you should do it with respect to your customers. I probably won’t be back for a while.

The smoothie I got was spectacular and the manager was a sweetheart I think her name was Jessica shout out to her

Order a açai super antioxidant drink ask for extras and paid for extras. Always order a medium and told them to give me all extras usually will they put in bigger cup. Not today SMH why is service so bad these days. Guess I go to Jamba on Forest Ave for now on
