Ordered via the app. I was told it would arrive in around an hour. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I called to ask where my order was, to be told the driver had left the store 10 minutes ago and would arrive soon (I live 5 minutes away by car). 20 minutes later, my food still hadn’t arrived so I called again. The man on the phone then blamed his colleague saying “oh he must have made a mistake” (the previous colleague had double checked my address before providing the update so lord knows how he could have “made a mistake”). I was told the order had left and would be with us in 5 minutes. The driver arrived around 5 minutes later (fortunately with hot food) and confirmed that he had only just collected the order. The chips were missing, the wrong topping was on my sister’s pizza, and my drink was a cherry Pepsi instead of a cherry coke (not too big of a deal but also NOT what I ordered). The staff members just made excuses instead of apologising and clearly weren’t afraid to lie to customers. All in all, my family waited around 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food, and half of it was wrong/missing. Same experience a week or so ago but we thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Would not recommend anyone order from this place unless you do it in person (to ensure your order is correct and doesn’t take nearly 2 hours to get to you).

Such a shame. Food is fairly decent but the level of service is shocking. Had to wait nearly two hours for my food to be delivered. Called after an hour and twenty minutes to discover they’d not even started cooking my order. Obviously forgot all about it. Will never order again. Guy on phone after the third phone call made out that I should be grateful that he’d rushed my order through. Place is a JOKE!!!!!!

Always order with uber eats. Always fast, friendly delivery! Staff are lovely as is the food! Never a bad meal! Everything is cooked to perfection and delicious! Well done to you all! Highly recommended for an affordable, yummy takeaway!
