Jalapenos Mexican Grill - Lima

Not very personable but great burrito

One of my favorite places for lunch but the last two visit. Not making the correct order is a bummer to find out after returning to work with food. A pretty big disappointment

Went in last night for 2 bowls/ chips & cheese- While in line to pay for them, a worker yelled to the back "Can we heat another can of chicken?!" TWICE. Knowing they have canned chicken and not fresh like chipotle is a huge deal breaker for me. After getting home to eat, my bowl was so salty it was inedible (I think it was the brown rice). Needless to say I'm disappointed and 100% a chipotle girl now.

Very good for fast food option,beats burger places,no real kids menu though. Excellent! Little place. Vegetarian options: Cheese and meat are in many of the items. Kid-friendliness: Table seating Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow entry but can be maneuvered.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star!! Very rude employees, very dirty place. Chipotle will always be better don’t waste your money here

Low budget experience, and you get what you pay for. The woman taking my order ran her words together, making it hard to understand. The food was what you might make at home, but still good. They were kind enough to let me in a the register when I just wanted to get a drink.

Great food

I ordered a steak quesadilla with only queso, cheese, and mild & medium salsa. Upon picking up my quesadilla and driving back to work while on my lunch break, I open it and find there to be white rice inside. I called and asked if they can remake it the next day for me for my lunch the next day since they messed up and they refuse to remake my sandwich that I paid for and that they messed up on. Terrible service terrible managers terrible owner. Do not recommend anymore. They do not honor themselves in making it right with the customer so now they lose one and everyone I associate with. I’ve heard this place is going downhill recently anyways more of a reason not to go. Very disappointed and will not return.

The food is always spot on, and the service is ALWAYS VERY GOOD.
