Jade Rabbit, a worker owned restaurant, is a LGBTQ+ Safe Refuge Space and family-friendly destination now open in Our New location on Belmont. Our kitchen features vegan dim sum, pan-Asian fare, tea service, sake, NA beverages, cocktails and house made spirits. “Jade Rabbit” the food of Cyrus Ichiza (previously of Ichiza Kitchen), celebrated Portland Vegan chef featured in Eater PDX’s Eater 38 essential restaurants 2019-2021, Food Networks Alex vs. America and the upcoming streaming documentary “Evolving Vegan”.
