This place is such a vibe! Great service, I got the gingerbread man hit drink and it was better than anything I have ever had at Starbucks! The music was on point, I will def. be back!

Been here 5 times. The menu is always different which I don't necessarily love because I see something that I want to try next time and then next time it's not there. Also, staff hasn't been very friendly most of the times. Music is loud and inappropriate for children. Drinks have always been good but they are out of certain stuff often.

Jade Lounge is literally the best boba place on Tacoma! The staff are wonderful and their menu has a wide variety of drinks so there’s something for everyone :) My friends and I all love going here after Target runs. If you’re in the area i would 110% recommend popping by!!

First time going to Jade, Waited 30 minutes for watered down tasting boba asked tire Honey Boba and got regular boba. Very disappointed.

Love the chai tea boba !!! Awesome lounge with great music to add to the ambiance .

The young co-owner was very friendly. She took our order and when we told her that we drove from Puyallup just to get their boba tea she was surprised. The overall atmosphere was calm and the boba teas tasted good. The prices are very competitive and you can even do your homework or do some work while sip on the tea.

The jade lounge is an amazing place the staff are very professional and polite they carry out conversations with the customers and they are very quick and do a great job I love going there after a long day at work it’s nice to have a place that is very chill the decorations around the store are amazing and they host events that you just don’t see at other places do I definitely recommend going there if you want something good to drink and that is affordable 10/10

This is our ABSOLUTE favorite Boba shop! Their decor, their rotating menus, and their top tier ingredients. Hands down the BEST!
