Building off the success of our critically acclaimed locations in the Seattle Metro, Jack’s BBQ brings the authentic taste and feel of Central Texas to the heart of downtown Bellingham. Fully equipped with two 18-foot outdoor BBQ pits, all of our meats are smoked on-site for up to 12 hours and sliced to order. We serve BBQ the best way we know how; with scratch-made sides, classic cocktails, and a love for the craft.
