Our ever-popular Dead Branch Cream Ale gets a citrus infusion in this winter seasonal. Vibrant blood orange greets the nose with hints of citrus and raspberry. We tried it all. Pickles in the mash, pickles in the boil kettle, dry pickling in the fermenter, cold soaking pickles in the brite tank. We spared no expense in our research. We scoured the earth for the rarest and most flavorful pickles. We left no stone unturned and no pickle left untested. In the end, we found that adding pickle juice to Dead Branch gave us the best results. We ended up making a much bigger dill out of it than it needed to be.

The hazy and juicy attributes of an east coast IPA with a clean, firm bitterness of a west coast IPA meld together for this delectable best-of-both-coasts IPA. We crammed as many hops into this beer as legally possible. Anymore and we’d have to pull a permit. Pilsner malt base with Alora and Citra hops.

This little thing? It’s got some hazy to it. Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats give this Hazy Pale Ale a soft backbone. Galaxy and Sultana hops show up with citrus, peach, and pineapple notes from start to finish. Not exactly bursting at the seams with hops, more of a well-balanced approach. Just enough to make it comfortable. Come on in, there’s plenty of room.

Experimental IPA #15 is brewed with European malts and two New Zealand varieties of hops which we have not previously used, Motueka and Pacifica. An assertively bitter IPA with background notes of lemon and lime and pronounced orange marmalade and orange pith flavors with just enough malt backbone and a juicy mouthfeel.

Simple ingredients equal an easy drinking light lager. We kept it simple by only using 2-Row and little bit of flaked corn and Tradition hops to keep the flavor profile crisp, clean, and light bodied.
