Ordered ahead and my food was not what I ordered. What is the point of specifying what you want if they ignore it? I'd go back but y'all can't drive out here and it's not worth it.

I don't get why at 12 am at night there down for 15 min and can't accept any orders except if you order through door dash. Fix the night crew. Jack in the box

This place sucks. Easily the worst fast food spot in all of Natomas. You could at least make some effort. Will never return.
