There was 2 cars ahead of me that had already ordered. I pulled up to the speaker and was not greeted for 2 minutes, when asked to allow them a "moment". I waited there for another 8 minutes without any response, so I drove up to the car at the window who was still waiting for their food. When I drove up, another car that was waiting behind me pulled up to the speaker and they took his order and the 2nd car behind me's order immediately. I didn't expect them to take my order at the window, I just wanted to share this feedback and he blew me off telling me to go around. 8 months later, and I'm not changing my review. I've visited this location for its convenience a few times since then. I gotta say, they really have to work on their order accuracy. Nearly every time I make a special request such as holding a condiment or topping, they manage to make a mistake. They've got it right on the receipt so clearly it's an issue with the cooks not being trained properly. The quality of the food isn't bad, which is a shame that the service is what brings this location down in my books. We'll quality is good, even though the fries often taste like they were made 15 minutes before I arrived. Lukewarm at best.

Pésimo servicio! El personal deja mucho que desear, trato bastante grosero, se equivocaron en la orden y a parte de esperar mucho tiempo la chica sale de muy mala gana a entregar y reclamar que no estaba mal la orden hasta que se le comprueba lo contrario. Nefasto servicio.

You guys never pay attention to what you are doing if we ask for condiments and you guys don’t put them what is wrong with your horrible service I am on the phone with DoorDash and they are reminding you to put specifically condiment what is so hard to listen we are paying for the food and I expect my condiments when I request them you need to pay attention employees and managers we pay for delivery and we pay for our food I expect everything on point it happens very often that you guys do this it’s disappointing when I don’t get what I ask for and please make your food fresh don’t let it sit their for 10 min and if it’s not sold you still give it to a guest when they order 5 or 10 min later the food taste old really wow you just don’t care !!

I ordered a 5-pieces chicken set meal combo,and speak twice to her very loudly, but she deliberately gave me a 2 pieces children's meal.
