Jack in the Box

Place is dirty, food is highly priced, small in quantity and charge for sauces including ketchup. You don’t even get 1 and the service acts like i shot their dog when i ask for sauces. Like im inconveniencing them despite paying for my meal. Soda fountains and bathroom aren’t clean either I would recommend for your health staying away from this place.

Ordered 6 tacos. Got home and they were SOGGY. I drove all the way back, showed them the tacos and they re-made them. I should have checked them before I left. Got home, they were crispy on the top, super soggy on the bottom! I had order 2 more...those were soggy as well!

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes no one took my order

Never taking orders when open and even when they do take orders it’s never right. Always more focused on hanging out rather than doing their job in any way. Once watched them put napkins away for 20 minutes talking to a boy while a LINE of people were outside waiting

wow i just love jack in the box, the spicy wraps, the chicken, the french fries, just about everything i enjoyed there......it's a must try, don't wait too long now..lol.

I was at drive thru about 840 pm tonight, wed, 1/10/23 pm. Raining, traffic noise, speaker voice was very low, I couldn't hear cashier properly. I went to window and said couldn't hear you. He said NO you go back again use speaker this is our policy. I said i can't hear there. Lady came to window and said go to speaker, both were rude and guy was laughing too. I said I am not going to speaker. I asked her name and she closed the window rudely. I parked there and called police. Other cars behind me reversing in extremely small place and I saw the guy telling them we are closed. Police came to window and talked to them and said he wants to order his food. She said ok. They gave me food and I left around 920pm (40 min there total) Both persons ego was at the level that they didn't care about me and other customers. They were not losing any money and reputation but Jack in the box did. I am from South Asia and they were Mexicans I think. If they had to give me food infront of police why not without police. If instead of me some violent customers there who don't care about laws then cashiers jeopardize the safety of other customers too ?? I request you to see the video. If it was your policy send me policy papers. I will complain to BBB and corporation too..... Thanks... Ed
