I was charged twice and y'all won't answer your phone

Not the first time I purchase something here where my total is always higher than what the menu prices are. This time I triple checked and brought it to the attention of the person handling my order. Instead of saying they would check, they argued with me and said there was nothing wrong with the menu. When I clearly took pictures of it and compared it to my receipt. Idk how they can get away with charging more than the corporate set prices. Even online the price matches the physical menu. They're unchanging you at point of sale. Fishy.

This Jack in the box is forever messing up orders. It's extremely dirty, from restroom to dining area, even the kitchen area. This past week, I stopped by hoping that there had been new staff since I last gone by since it's been a while... it was beyond the worse, the ac was down there, and about 20 🪰 flies in the dining area alone. The staff were sweating, and I could clearly see flies on the food in the back. It was disgusting. I asked the manager at the moment as to why she even was operating and if the people in drive-thru were aware of the issue. I would not go back at all. I gave this place several shoots, but this last time was and will be the last time I step in there.

I recently visited and had a highly disappointing drive-thru experience. The wait time was excessively long, far beyond what is reasonable. When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. To make matters worse, the employee Emily at the drive thru incredibly rude and unhelpful, they seemed understaffed and untrained. This level of service is unacceptable.

Fastfood does not have at.osphere. Fast courteous service. Eggs were cooked until brown... outside of that good stop.

Too many flies inside the store in the front counter at the tables were dirty and a think they need to pick up every once in a while like 3 times a day sweep and mop

Definitely do not recommend, despite the good customer service, it did not make up for the missing order of chicken strip meal, to the obviously reheated curly fries in what I assume was old burnt oil. Spending over 50 dollars was not worth it at all!!!

I used to have issues at this location but tonight I have the cube box and six orders of tacos with no sauce and everything is prepared quickly and exactly as it was supposed to be. Also the woman at the drive-thru was extremely pleasant and I should have left her a tip for her making my experience enjoyable. You know you've received good service when you feel like tipping at it fast food restaurant.
