I’m not sure what is going to take for someone to pay attention to this location. The service is constantly bad! And is the same older Hispanic guy. Works the night shift. Extremely rude, constantly forgets items, doesn’t want to give you the right amount of sauce corresponding to your other. You buy 3 large combos and he only gives you 2 sauces. If you ask for more he wants to overcharge you. After being rude, disrespectful and forgetting food ! That’s ridiculous. This person needs to removed from his position. He is not qualified in any way to run a drive thru restaurant. In any way! However owns this franchise will continue to loose business because of this person. Older Hispanic male, runs the drive thru window at the location of first and Kingsley, Garland. As others have described their experience, we come to this location for the proximity, I will not comeback to this location as longest that unqualified individual is there.
Everything is prepared and ready to go. Limited parking. Clean and organized restaurant.
If I could I would give zero stars. They are rude as a weekly customer I was feeling sick and stopped to use their restroom I'm in there 2 minutes and they start beating on the door while I'm sick a few.minutes later continuous beating I clean the best I can.and open the door with janitor woman screaming at me what are you doing in there I wont be back I just left she should be fired
