Every single time I go to this place everyone seems to have a attitude, I order through the app every now and again and it doesn’t let you ask for no ice so I do when I get there and I always get told it’s already been made. Another issue is they don’t like to make eye contact and when I pay with cash 90% of the time they drop my change… I worked fast food and I know it’s not great but I always made sure I had my best customer service face on in front of the customer. The food is never consistent, one day it will be super over seasoned and the next I just get the wrong order
I ordered the 2 for 1 and some change tacos. I ordered them with just meat and nothing more. When I receive them, they have cheese and the meat mixed up. I am not sure how you mess up a taco with just meat. Unacceptable
This location served me fast through the drive through despite the long line at the late hour.
I ordered Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger combo expecting the thing on the menu image and description which says "100% beef seasoned as it grills, melty American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup & mayo on a buttery bakery bun, plus fries & a drink." But all I got was this. I did not request to remove any of the vegetables. I was very disappointed but I couldn't even argue because they didn't give me the receipt either.
