Jack in the Box

It was early morning and a passenger in my car had had a few too many and was terribly inappropriate to the woman taking our order at the speaker. We got to the window, the passenger was passed out. I was extremely embarrassed and I apologized repeatedly on behalf of the passenger. I could tell the employee was hurt but she was exceptionally gracious nonetheless. Can't imagine working drive-thrus at that hour

Piss poor customer service. My partner and I came in for an early dinner, and both ordered sandwiches that come with bacon. After getting our food and finding out there was no bacon on either burger, my partner complained to the staff. They told him at that time they're out of bacon. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! If you're out of an advertised menu item or ingredient, you need to put up a sign or tell your customers when they order. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS NONSENSE! FALSE ADVERTISING, BAIT AND SWITCH

I am making a complaint because I am homeless and How rude they are I was just eating minding my own business and they were rude from the jump it's horrible they made me feel less then and unwanted there is no sign that says I have eat in 30 minutes that is crazy
