Couldn’t even order food because they wouldn’t take my order Edit: Management reached out to me and said they were sorry and would resolve the issue.

The only time I go there is very early for a breakfast sandwich. The last couple of times...the lights are off and no one is there. We're not talking about extreme hours...Today was at 5:40 am. But, when there is someone there their attitude is like court appointed community service!

Don't go there. Wow. Terrible.

Nobody at the drive-through window during lunchtime, went inside, took 10 minutes for employee to walk out the back and tell me they have no food.

It's not that it's a bad place, it's that I feel they don't season the meat patties and that just sometimes they don't have what they need for the day, which should almost never be a problem...but for the main experience, it's great. We go a lot cause we're building the new part of brcc right around the corner so we see more than the average Joe would(go more whatever)

Was uncharged without asking. Curly fries were small crispy chips

Terrible service on that particular visit

This is one of the few fast food chains that are open 24 hours. The only down side to that is that the dining area is not open all day. The food was good, the service was great, and it didn’t take too long to get what I needed. Overall 8/10

Food is always what I expect. Service is just as good whenever we go there, as for atmosphere. The drive thru is always clean. Can't give 5 stars due to never going inside
