For a company who's advertising really focuses on being open 24 hours, turning me away in the drive through late at night because you "are only accepting mobile orders right now" is a really bad move. Edit: Jack in the box replied to this review with some nonsense form reply about how much they care. I'm not contacting your customer support to complain in private. I made it very clear in this review what the problem is.
