We are located inside the hip and beautiful Denver Central Market food hall off Larimer Street in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in artisan breads, freshly baked pastries and exceptional desserts daily made with creative flavors and textures combinations. Our team of talented pastry chefs and bakers is passionate about using only the best fresh ingredients such as French chocolate and butter and the absolute best flour. We collaborate with local farmers and millers to create a custom flour that is traceable all the way back to the ground where their seeds are planted.
