We used to visit this sushi place inside the Borgata. On our latest trip to AC the restaurant was closed down, permenatly it appears. Horrible idea

An exceptional spot to indulge in diverse Asian cuisine offerings. The menu boasts an extensive array of delectable options, with their salads and fried rice standing out as absolute must-tries. The ambiance exudes a delightful charm, providing the perfect setting to unwind and savor fantastic food with your loved ones. Vegetarian options: good vegetarian options available.

We opted for the £95 per person chef selection to sample a variety on our first visit to the restaurant. The dining experience offered a mix of hits and misses; while some dishes were delightful, others needed improvement. We observed chewiness in certain meats, indicating a potential freshness issue given the price we paid. Additionally, some dishes lacked flavor, and the pork dumpling, coated in batter, would have been better in its original form – the batter made it excessively heavy. Despite this, the service was excellent, with attentive staff throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there's room for reevaluation in the culinary offerings.

The waitress was inattentive and, by the end of my dining experience, transitioned to rude. I ordered three different items. The miso soup, salmon negimaki, and a kani crab roll. The only decent item was the roll. The soup first came out cold, and the salmon was incredibly oily, and tasted like they just poured sesame oil on it. This was an extremely terrible dining experience, especially since I had been there previously a few times, and it was positive. It had been a while ago, and it seems to have gone downhill.

First time visit and literally can't wait to come back. Tasting menu was unbelievable! Excellent portion sizing and good range of offerings. So many great tasting items. Service staff was on the ball too. Prompt water refills, plate clearing, etc. Great work by ALL of the staff both front and back of house.
