Itton Ramen

Itton Ramen will serve authentic Japanese ramen to the great metro Minneapolis area. Our head chef Sam Lin who learned the traditional ramen techniques from master Tsuomu Kimura (Tenkaippin Founder). Sam will recreate the Hakata style of Tonkotsu soup which takes over 12 hours to perfect the broth to white creamy texture. You don’t need to fly across the pacific ocean to Japan so that you can taste the most authentic Hakata ramen in Minnesota. PS. Tenkaippin is ranked #2 as the best ramen chain in Japan 2020.
