Fabulous shop with amazing atmosphere and always excellent tea. Couldn't be happier!
Such a lovely business. We bought some beautiful cups for a present earlier today. Staff were super helpful, the free taste of tea lovely (though I'm more of a coffee drinker) and the way they wrapped our gift for us was just gorgeous.
Great selection of teas and coffees. Friendly staff, amazing customer service.
Genialne miejsce pełne magii i orientalnych zapachów herbaty, kawy wraz z możliwością degustacji tych cudowności w przepięknej porcelanie. Sklep przenosi nas w inny, spokojny i pełen wytwornych smaków świat ponadczasowych doznań jakby z innej epoki, gorąco polecam.
Delightful, helpful, knowledgeable staff and a wonderful range of single estate teas and coffees.
Having walked past the shop window for a couple of weeks ,the displays enticed me in. This shop is seriously becoming my "must go to shop . I bought a variety of teas and am I glad I did !!
Fantastic service. I recommend the milk oolong.
The sleepy time tea has helped my insomnia and anxiety :). The shop is beautifully decorated and they have a wild array of tea and even coffee! And lovely service too.
So happy with my Jasmine Oolong! The first time I've enjoyed that aroma and taste since I used to go browsing for tea in one of the 'old school' department stores in Bournemouth in the late 70's. I will definitely go to It's Tea again, when my little taste-packed packet of tea runs out! By the way it's great value as a small amount goes a long way! (Especially because I don't drink it every day but just for an occasional treat.)
Been here for the first time and loved it, owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with my tea and coffee requests. I had the pleasure of taking in the aromas and deciding :) Best part is to be able to purchasing as much as you want from several options without any nonsense and environment damaging packaging, plastic, marketing I would definitely recommend for people to try new teas and coffees or make that afternoon brew a special occasion rather than drinking dust at the bottom of tea sacks ;)
