It's Boba Time -Irvine

The boba here is quite good. They have unique flavors such as the Lavender Milk Tea and Tornado Thai (with creme brulee and oreos). The only issue I find with this place is the terrible service. They’re extremely stingy with drink replacements and substitutions (Told me that I had to pay full price for a drink replacement or to stick with a drink I didn’t like). They also refused to adjust my ice preferences and my drinks ended up watery. My advice for anyone who winds up here is to choose your go-to drink and avoid new flavors in case you dislike them. Better yet, there are plenty of other tea shops with much better service, such as 7 Leaves or Orobae.

Clean place, nice variety of drinks!

Came home and set Boba down on the table (like a normal drink) and the bottom completely broke. $7 down the drain. Sometimes there's barely any Boba in it either, very inconsistent with the amount.

The employees here are SO friendly.

Nice and small with just counters and standing room no indoor seating. They sure carry a wide selection of different kinds of drinkable treats here! THREE different watermelon flavors…I’ll gladly try them ALL

Why only 2 stars? They open too late. Many times I want a drink at 11:30am, and I have to go elsewhere. They're losing business.
